Our Story

Food Carries Memory

I started baking because I believe food carries memory.

The smell of bread rising in the kitchen,

warm cookies cooling on the counter,

the quiet ritual of making something with your hands—these are the moments that connect us to where we come from.

My kitchen is inspired by two traditions that shaped me:

the rich heritage of Mexican pan dulce and

the cozy comfort of classic American baked goods.

From café de olla chocolate chip cookies to traditional sweet breads, everything I make is rooted in the idea that the best food doesn’t come from factories—it comes from homes.

My mission is simple:

To bring back the beauty of handmade baking, where ingredients matter,

recipes are made with care,

And every bite feels like it came from someone’s kitchen rather than a production line.

Because the foods that stay with us the longest are the ones made with heart.
